Hello hello! I'm getting so close with being done with school I'm having a hard time getting motivated to do the work! I know it probably sounds dumb, but if I have cute notebooks, or a cute backpack, I want to put it to good use and it gets me motivated to push through!
I recently discovered the glory of computer cases. My computer is getting pretty scratched up and I debated between whether I should get one of those stickers for my laptop, or just a case. I settle on a simple felt case. I feel so dumb just carrying my computer on campus, and often times my backpack is too full (read: my backpack is too heavy with my computer in it for my weakling body) to fit it in there so I love how cute and simple these are.

I'm happy today because my fourth graders are super awesome, my hair looks decent, my husband is smart and made me lunch, and my house is toasty warm!

ReplyDeleteHappiest moment of the day: It's finally sunny out after a few gray days! Sitting in all natural light and knowing I'll have a sunny walk during my lunch this afternoon is enough to lift my spirits.

These are awesome! I would totally love that 13 inch one! Hmm... What's made me happy today is the fact that our house is freezing so me and Stephen actually get to snuggle at night without getting uncomfortably hot. We are holding off turning up the thermostat for that very reason lol.

I dropped my most recent laptop on the ground every day. Like, religiously. Somehow it broke during the week before we moved here. Huh, wonder how that happened. . . . So anyway, I will be purchasing a new laptop when I come home for Christmas and one of those cases would be just lovely!
ReplyDeleteMy Wednesday Morning Happy Moment: Husband stayed home with me to study instead of going to campus, and we slow-danced to Michael Jackson's "Stranger in Moscow" in our bedroom after lunch. Gosh, that was a good moment.
